The Bridge2AI Voice team is currently seeking a Director of Health Policy and Strategic Planning to develop, implement, and oversee health policy initiatives that support AI-driven voice and speech research. This role is based in Tampa, Fla., at the University of South Florida. 

Job Description: The Director of Health Policy and Strategic Planning is responsible for coordinating with college leadership and Bridge2AI VOICE grant stakeholders to develop, implement, and oversee health policy initiatives that support AI-driven voice and speech research. This includes collaborating with the Principal Investigator, Dean, and other senior leaders to identify and prioritize health policy goals that align with the Bridge2AI VOICE consortium objectives; develop and implement strategies to achieve those goals; and monitor and evaluate the progress of health policy initiatives and their impact on AI research outcomes. 

The Director will also play a key role in communicating the project’s health policy vision to internal and external stakeholders, including federal agencies, healthcare organizations, and research institutions. This position will also oversee aspects of grant operations, ensuring compliance with NIH policies, FAIR data principles, and ethical AI research standards.
