Administrative Core

The Administration Core will serve as a hub for the Cores, assisting with overall coordination of meetings, logistics, and ensuring that the External Advisory Board, the Steering Committee and the Executive Committee follow agreed upon guidelines for assembly, voting, and execution of administrative tasks. It will also ensure documentation of processes and communication with NIH and other entities.

The Administrative core will make sure that all BRIDGE Center products are properly evaluated and disseminated so that they do not remain hidden gems that only a few researchers within the Consortium have the privilege to access and use. With a vision for making high quality data, tools and processes easily findable, accessible, interoperable and reusable (FAIR) for all, in a way that is also fair to the people whose data are at stake, administrative core will provide the overall guidance for the center, logistic and policy support for its cores and for consortium activities, will help evaluate and disseminate BRIDGE2AI products, will promote diversity within the Consortium and will promote outreach beyond the Consortium, with a special emphasis on under-represented researchers and the communities they serve and prospective funders and other contributors.
