AI/ML for Clinical Care Grand Challenge
The goal of the AI/ML for Clinical Care Network is to develop the most diverse, high-resolution, ethically sourced, AI-ready data set to answer the grand challenge of improving recovery from acute illness.
Functional Genomics Grand Challenge
The Functional Genomics Grand Challenge maps human cell architecture to enable interpretable genotype-phenotype learning. Using proteomics, imaging, and CRISPR/Cas9, it creates large-scale cellular maps across diverse populations and diseases.
Precision Public Health Grand Challenge
The Precision Public Health Grand Challenge integrates voice as a health biomarker into clinical care by creating a diverse, privacy-protected voice database linked to health biomarkers. This data will fuel AI research to enhance disease screening, diagnosis, and treatment.
Salutogenesis Grand Challenge
The Salutogenesis project aims to create an ethically sourced, foundational dataset on type 2 diabetes optimized for AI/ML analysis. With data from 4,000+ participants, it seeks to map pathways from diabetes to health, creating a temporal atlas of T2DM development and reversal. Six teams across eight institutions will collaborate to build this flagship resource.
