Cell Maps for Artificial Intelligence (CM4AI)

The CM4AI team is mapping the spatiotemporal architecture of human cells to better understand how genetic variation shapes health and disease. By integrating proteomic mass spectrometry, cellular imaging, and CRISPR/Cas9-based genetic perturbations, our researchers are creating a large-scale library of cellular maps that reveal protein function, organization, and gene regulation across diverse contexts.
